Well, its now been over a month or so since our journey to the other side of the world. The more and more I run through it in my head, the more I want to go back, and yes eat Vietnamese food. Tracey and I have been experimenting in the kitchen and have been making Vietnamese dishes weekly. I am happy to say that I have just about perfected Papaya salad, and working on the Banh Xeo. For all of you Atlanta folks, it is our plan to have you all over for a night of Vietnamese cuisine and maybe a slide show!
